The Golden Scoop is a life changing, non-profit ice cream and coffee shop. We provide innovative and meaningful employment for people with unique abilities and delicious ice cream and coffee to the Kansas City community. Every scoop of our made-from-scratch ice cream, cup of coffee, or inspired event is carefully designed to bring joy and purpose to the lives of all involved!

The Golden Scoop is an ice cream and coffee shop with a purpose. We create jobs for very talented individuals who happen to live with a disability. Our shop is a wonderful space to share with friends. Our events are fun and create unique ways to bring the Kansas City community together.

Unlike any other ice cream shop in town, our Associates are involved in every aspect of what we do: from marketing and merchandising to creating ice cream flavors and serving our community. The Golden Scoop is proud to provide innovative, meaningful and paid work for our employees.
